Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Vendger collects, uses, stores, and shares information when people use the Vendger software platform, desktop app, web app, portals, and related services.
1. Information we collect
Vendger may collect information that users, companies, clients, vendors, and other authorized participants provide while using the service. This can include names, email addresses, phone numbers, service or mailing addresses, account and user identifiers, job and work-order information, messages, notes, photos, videos, documents, estimates, invoices, vendor bills, purchase history, and other business records entered into or generated through Vendger.
Vendger may also process financial and transaction information needed to provide accounting, invoicing, payment, reconciliation, reporting, and related business features. Payment card or bank credentials may be handled by payment or banking service providers rather than being stored directly by Vendger.
We may collect product-interaction and technical information needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the reliability of the service, such as session activity, feature interactions, request metadata, and diagnostic information.
2. How we use information
We use information to authenticate users; provide company workspaces; manage jobs, clients, vendors, estimates, invoices, payables, expenses, messages, files, and reports; process or record transactions; provide customer support; maintain security; prevent fraud or misuse; troubleshoot service issues; and operate the features requested by users and their organizations.
We do not use Vendger customer content for third-party advertising, and we do not use personal information for cross-app or cross-site tracking as that term is used by Apple's App Store privacy disclosures.
3. Company and workspace data
Vendger is a multi-company business platform. Information entered in a company workspace is associated with that organization and may be available to users, clients, vendors, or other participants according to the roles, permissions, assignments, and portal access configured for that workspace.
Organizations using Vendger are responsible for deciding what business information they enter into the service and for managing the access they grant to their users and external participants.
4. Service providers and sharing
We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, deliver, maintain, or support Vendger, including infrastructure, email delivery, file storage, payment processing, banking connectivity, and other technology providers. These providers receive information only as needed to perform services for Vendger or its users and are subject to their own contractual and legal obligations.
We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, or a valid governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety, property, or security of Vendger, our users, or others.
5. Payments and financial services
Some Vendger features may connect to third-party payment processors or financial service providers. Those providers may collect and process payment card, bank account, identity, or transaction information under their own privacy policies. Vendger may receive transaction status, account references, settlement details, balances, or other information needed to provide requested payment, accounting, or reconciliation functionality.
6. Cookies, sessions, and security
Vendger uses cookies, session data, and similar technologies where necessary to sign users in, maintain authenticated sessions, protect accounts, remember required settings, and operate the service. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
No system can guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for protecting their credentials and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized account use.
7. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business and accounting records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the integrity and security of Vendger. Retention periods can vary depending on the type of information and the needs or instructions of the organization that controls the workspace.
8. Access, correction, and deletion requests
Users may be able to review or update certain account and business information directly in Vendger. Requests concerning access, correction, deletion, or other privacy rights should generally be directed first to the organization that manages the relevant Vendger workspace. Vendger may assist that organization when needed to respond to a valid request.
Privacy requests relating directly to Vendger may be submitted using the support contact shown in the applicable App Store listing or through the support channel provided with your Vendger account.
9. Children
Vendger is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children for independent use of the platform.
10. International use
Vendger may be accessed from locations outside the jurisdiction where its systems or service providers operate. By using the service, information may be processed in the United States or other locations where Vendger or its providers maintain operations, subject to applicable law.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as Vendger evolves or as legal, regulatory, or operational requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are published.
12. Contact
For privacy questions or requests, use the Vendger support contact listed in the App Store or the support channel provided with your Vendger account. If your request concerns data maintained by a specific company using Vendger, contact that company directly so it can verify and process the request within its workspace.
